I downloaded one of the leaked systems updates of the new kinect update and it says that i wont be able to connect to live until the official release; which is november 4th, until a few days ago when they confirmed that the official update will release on October 26th.

Today, (just now), i turned my xbox on and just before it signed me in, an update message came, which is going to be the official update, but as it was downloading it stopped and a connection error message came up.

So… why wont it let me update my xbox, because it has nothing to do with my router or anything, or have they changed the date of the update again.

I’m thinking about buying the xbox 360 4gb but I’m not sure if i should just buy the kinect with it. Will there be more (good) games for it later on? Will there be a price drop? I feel like its just gimmicky
