can you loose an achivement on the xbox 360 after you unlock it?

i just finished gta 4 and want to use some cheats to cause some mayhem, hehe. but i dont want to mess up the achivements i unlocked. i know that you cant unlock an achivement if you use a cheat before you unlock i.e. loose the “clean the mean streets” with weapons and health/armor and “walked free” with the wanted level. i just want to know if the achivements will be lost if i already unlocked it.
